We are looking for a Talent Manager to join our team in London. It's a fast paced and diverse role and when we say that two days are never the same, we're not kidding!

The TV Production team has an exciting new role within the Commerce Platforms leadership team. We are looking for a Talent Manager to support the management and ongoing development of the Presenter Team and to review and support the Guest manager providing feedback and progression for existing and new on air guests.

Reporting to and working closely with the Presenter Performance Manager, and working alongside our Guest Talent Manager you will be improving existing presenter and guest performance through regular coaching and development sessions, which will ultimately lead to better show execution and improved sales within shows. You will assist in strategic broadcast decisions and will manage the flow of product samples and information to the team. The chosen candidate will be a key point of liaison between presenter and guest both before and after a show. They will also be responsible for providing key information and feedback where required to presenters and guests.

Talent Manager:

The successful candidate will be reviewing work from all on screen talent, providing written assessments and working to develop strategies to improve on air performance and advanced promotion of key products and events. They will manage a section of the presenter team and have awareness of the presenter department budget and work closely with the Presenter Performance Manager to expand and maximise the potential of the team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Commerce Platforms leaders and all other Commercial teams building strong, professional and cohesive relationships with the wider business at all levels.

To be successful in this role the candidate will need to be able to demonstrate experience of people management, including career development, performance management and motivation. In addition we will be looking for the applicants to have a strong understanding of all aspects of TV production, have a passion for sales and a broad understanding of the QVC business model.
