About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our busy team at Trim Editing. This is an opportunity to work on high-end television commercials and creative projects whilst building meaningful client relationships and developing editorial talent.

Location: Whitechapel, London E1 (office-based role)
Contract: Full-time, 45 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Essential Requirements

Minimum 4 years' professional experience as a film producer or production manager in high-end television commercials, fashion or drama production, which could be in offline editing, post-production or on-set.

Advantageous: Proficiency with Farmer's Wife scheduling software

Key Responsibilities

Client & Business Development

Build and maintain strong, effective client relationships
Understand creative briefs and negotiate competitive quotes
Track budgets, schedules, and manage invoicing processes
Production Management

Oversee production of Trim projects, including international work
Manage multiple complex jobs across diverse client portfolios
Work collaboratively with producers, editors, assistant editors, and runners
Team Development & Operations

Develop and mentor editorial talent with insight into creative trends
Contribute to day-to-day operations, including training and mentoring of junior staff
Support the growth and development of our team, client base and business
