Envy is looking for Offline Edit Assistants to join a great team who help support all of our Offline suites. This is an exciting time to join Envy as we have recently opened a brand new sixth building and are expanding the team to support our broadcast clients.

The Role

Working in the Offline team you will be responsible for the support of all Offline suites. Duties include: digitising, transcoding, playouts and support as well as helping to train more junior members of staff.

You will gain experience of the latest workflows, exposure to some of the biggest clients in the industry and the chance to progress in one of the best post production houses in the UK.

Requirements

To succeed in the role, you must be someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, organised and a great team-player.

Applicants must have:

• Prior experience in an Avid support role is essential, a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of supporting multiple Avid suites
• Knowledge of Avid Unity / ISIS
• Solid knowledge of decks and tape formats
• Solid knowledge of tapeless formats and processes
• Good general IT skills
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Ability to problem solve and use own initiative to find solutions
• Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
