We are currently looking for a proactive, smart, detail orientated and enthusiastic Office Runner / Production Trainee to join the team in our London office. Often the first point of contact for Agencies, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be keen to get involved in all aspects of the business.

An integral part of this job is to maintain the smooth-running of the office and provide support during busy periods. This role is an ideal stepping stone into the industry.

Tasks include:

Answering phones, managing the office, booking cars and couriers, scheduling calls for Directors.
Liaising with the production team and supporting our producers with the development of commercial pitches and bids.
Organising and being involved in treatment documents and pitches.
Working closely alongside the MD to develop and pitch Hungry Man entertainment projects - proficiency in InDesign and Keynote a bonus.
Getting quotes from and pencilling crew.
