We are looking for an experienced Runner to work in our Kew based office.

The Runner is responsible for supporting a fast-paced production office. The role would suit a Runner with a strong team ethic who likes to get involved with anything and everything and is able to prioritise workloads with ease.
The ability to be proactive and self-motivated is essential and we want a self-starter who will always offer their services and go the extra mile to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

The person who is successful in this role will need to hit the ground running as we prepare for a big football tournament during the summer, which will take over our main office space at Kew Gardens.

Main tasks will include:
• Directly assisting productions in the office with any requests
• Taking deliveries, greeting guests, answering phone, directing calls
• Keeping the office, kitchen, boardroom and all storage areas tidy
• Attending shoots to support production teams where required.

Alongside the above, from June until mid-July the Runner will be required to focus on the following during the dates of the football tournament:

• Leading on the catering services alongside our outsourced catering company to supply meals for a large production team
• IT troubleshooting to support with increased tech requests.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
• The capacity to prioritise tasks
• Ability to work effectively with others and manage relationships in a diverse team
• A hands-on and proactive attitude to work
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and new systems

Location:
The base for this position will be predominantly Kew, London but you will be required to work on location at times, and you could also be expected to work out of Whisper's two other offices when required.

Working Days:
During normal work periods Runner hours are based on rotating shifts of 0900 - 1800 and 1000 - 1900 Monday - Friday, although Runners are often expected to come in early and work late during busy periods or while on film shoots.
Occasional weekend work will be required subject to operational filming requirements, and we will expect some flexibility but days off will be given in lieu.



NOTE:
Over the Summer (from June to mid-July) Runner shifts will be altered to reflect the needs of the football production.
Runners will work either Wednesday - Sunday or Friday - Tuesday, and shifts will be rotated between 1000 - 1900, 1100 - 2000 or 1200 - 2100.
