Working with agencies including Weber Shandwick, Havas and Social Life and clients such as MTV, The Wellcome Foundation and Amazon Music and with a special interest in social content for entertainment, music and youth brands, we provide production services from our office, studio and edit suites.We are now looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised Office Manager to join our small team based in North London. The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth, safe and efficient running and maintenance of Eve'll Films office and studio set-up on a day to day basis, providing admin support to the Company MD and administrative support to production teams.The role is wide-ranging; taking care of the office, studio and all administrative aspects of our work and managing the day-to-day operations to ensure a positive and productive work environment. We need someone who loves to organise and use their skills to create a pleasant and efficient working environment, but at the same time has a positive 'can do' approach to muck in with the team on the inevitable last minute changes and challenges that are thrown our way! There is scope to develop the role, depending on your strengths and interests.Responsibilities include:• Maintain overall appearance and smooth running of the office and studio, being main point of contact with all key suppliers and contractors including landlord/buildings and IT support, ensure payments and contracts and recommend suppliers• Work with the MD to set up, recommend and implement systems and processes to ensure the smooth, timely and cost effective running of the office and studio • Ensure the office is kept clean, sanitary and safe at all times; manage cleaning function• Be first point of contact for clients, visitors and deliveries, manage opening / closing of the office and organise cover for weekend work if needed, ensuring excellent client service • Purchase and maintain all office supplies from stationery to beverages• Maintain schedules and calendar• Support the MD and production team with administrative and scheduling support including making travel arrangement and updating and amending contracts• Support on room set up for meetings and visitors and arrangements for social or office events as needed• Support the bookkeeping function and reconcile receipts, expense reports, and other office expenses Skills and experience:• Proven organisational and administrative skills• Experience of working in film production, post-production or a creative agency and an understanding of the production process is desirable; an interest in the work of Eve'll Films an advantage • Full, clean driving licence preferred• Excellent client service and communication skills• Mac savvy with strong MS Office skills. Knowledge of Xero accounting system and Adobe software is an advantage. This role will suit a self-motivated, positive, friendly and supportive multi-tasker with a calm, problem-solving approach and a real interest in creating a smooth-running and productive working environment for the team. Hours: Basic hours 9am - 5pm with 1hr for lunch.PLEASE NOTE: This role will require some unsociable hours working, in order to support production demands.
