We are NOMINT, an award-winning animation production company based in East London.We are looking for the most amazing, friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, self motivated person to join our team as Office Manager and grow within the team. We want you to help create a welcoming and comfortable office environment. You will be the first point of contact to those visiting the studio, you will take care of the studio, contribute to the HR and Marketing needs and you will be working closely with the Managing Director to help with administrative duties, as well as assisting our busy production team. You will need to multitask while completing your day to day tasks. And most of all you need to be a positive person!ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES:Including (without limitation) the following:Office management duties: opening and closing of the office each day, making sure the office is tidy and presentable, dealing with cleaners - suppliers - couriers, keeping full stock of office supplies (stationary, refreshments, etc)Hospitality duties: Welcoming visitors and clients to the office, answering the phone and entrance buzzer, offer teas and coffees to clients. Prepare meeting rooms for meetingsAdministrative duties: update databases (ie. contact databases for clients - freelancers), assist producers with their admin work, implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems to ensure efficiency and workflow in the officeBasic account duties: General paperwork and liaising with the accounts team (keep track and organising invoices weekly, expenses, credit cards etc), update expenses databases weeklyProduction assistant duties: Assisting our production team on their busy days, contact freelancers and organise the team, preparing showreels, prepare presentations, help with day to day needs, help wrap the projectsBasic IT duties: Work together with our IT team to ensure all the PCs are ready for the creative team and have installed all the software and hardware needed. Liaising with our IT team for any further needsPR duties: Running the company's social media platforms, preparing newsletters, keep the website updatedPA to Managing DirectorSKILLS:Self motivated, enthusiastic, friendly, outgoingExtremely organised with great attention to detailExcellent time management skillsConfident using Office Word - Excel - Power Point. Google Drive and Adobe Suite a plusFamiliar with all social media platformsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong social skills, friendly, welcomingProactive, hard working and drivenWilling to learn new skills
