Office Manager / Production Co-ordinator (Branded Content)

West London

We are looking for a new office manager/ Production Coordinator/ Researcher to join the team. The job is broad and a great chance to get involved in various aspects of the production process. As a small (but perfectly formed!) company, we are looking for someone sociable and hard working, who will integrate with the in-house team and is happy to carry out the day to day running of the office as well as getting involved on the production side. Our work covers corporate, digital, commercials, and television.

Essential: Organisation, enthusiasm, a good work ethic, friendly phone and face-to-face manner, great written communication skills, flexibility with both work hours and job role

A passion for production is preferred; with experience working in a production environment.
We could consider someone who is interested in pursuing an office manager/ receptionist/ PA route, as long as there is an interest in production as well.

Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to;Office management: keeping supplies stocked (stationery, etc), making sure the office runs smoothly and efficiently, answering the phone, basic diary management, assisting with organisation and booking of freelancers, keeping on top of utilities and suppliers, keeping up to date with insurance and paperwork, filing
Assisting with finance: raising and chasing invoices, assisting the freelance bookkeeper and accountant
Production research for pitches and shoots - locations, presenters, information, fact checking, studios
Assisting with bookings, equipment hire, carnets, scripts, producing callsheets, coordinating in-house post production
Assisting on shoots
Helping to look after clients
General upkeep of the office
