Position: Office Assistant
Area: Human Resources
Contract: Fixed Term - 12 Months

Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner the Office Assistant will provide general office support to the HR Department and wider business.

The Office Assistant position is a visible and demanding administrative role that will offer essential front-of-house hospitality and support to both the HR team and external clients in a busy media environment. Key responsibilities include; providing PA support to a number of senior staff (often visiting from abroad), supporting the HR/Recruitment team with interview scheduling, room bookings and printing/filing and running general errands and hosting office tours where necessary. This role will also involve supporting the Office Admin team.

REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and client support skills, and possess previous experience of working to tight deadlines under pressure. This is a great opportunity for people at the beginning of their careers who are looking to make their first step in the media industry in a highly visible and supportive role.

PLEASE NOTE: This role will initially be based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge with the aim of re-locating to our Chiswick Park Office for the second half of the contract.
