Contract: Fixed Term 1 year Contract, 3 months' probation period, with the possibility of an extension

Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a new entrant to the High-End TV Industry. Bad Wolf is seeking to recruit a hard-working, reliable and pro-active individual to work as an Office Assistant/Runner. As an Office Assistant you will be required to undertake lots of different tasks including full responsibility for a wide range of office duties and regular administrative tasks. Working to and supporting the Production Manager, you will also have the opportunity to support the Production team on various administrative tasks.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Opening the office first thing - checking temperature and kitchen stocks for the day;
• Being the first point of call for telephone communications. This will include dealing with enquiries from colleagues, clients and members of the public.
• Providing the appropriate hospitality for guests, colleagues and meetings, including offering IT support.
• Maintaining the general upkeep of the office.
• Making sure the office is well-stocked, and replacing the necessary supplies when needed.
• Checking and distributing post;
• Maintaining the general upkeep of the office.
• Supporting the Executive Assistants & Production Team with admin work including tasks such as photocopying, scanning and logging materials.
• Going on general ad hoc errands for example lunch runs and picking up supplies as and when needed.
• Closing up the office.

Other Responsibilities:
• Meeting of operations-related contractors' visitors - landlord/water/waste when required by Senior Corporate Operations Executive
• Liaison with Senior Corporate Operations Executive if issues with IT and telephones, fixtures and fittings
• Keeping meeting room calendar up to date as requested
• Log and upload list of visitors to the office (fire safety)
• Log room use by productions on a monthly basis
• Maintain asset log for office items in storage
• Provide weekly updates at Operations team meetings

DESIREABLE EXPERIENCE
• 1 years' + experience in a service role (catering/hospitality/retail) would be beneficial
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Cloud collaboration tools and Office suite would be beneficial
• An interest in the TV industry and / or a passion for content
