We're seeking a talented News Motion Graphic Designer with superb ideas and advanced 3D knowledge to join our busy in-house Creative Department.

Educated to degree level in graphic design/animation, or with equivalent industry experience - at least 2 years in a broadcast, vfx or post-production environment - proficiency in newsroom graphic creation and output is a must, including creating design solutions for maps and statistical analysis.
Knowledge of TV show branding and general graphic design aesthetics/rules, in addition to web-based Social Media graphics creation to support daily content is required. Visually creative with strong editorial and creative judgment, you're able to communicate clear and effective design ideas to teams.

In addition to the skills and knowledge outlined, you will also possess:
• 3D design and compositing knowledge in After Effects - demonstrated by a solid and creative portfolio.
• A working knowledge of Avid/Ross/Visrt live graphics software.
• Ability to template build using Adobe After Effects and/or Photoshop/Illustrator.

This is purely a motion graphic role within a News environment, requiring a love of broadcast design and animation with a strong emphasis on typography and layout design.

If this sounds appealing - then we'd love to hear from you!
