We are a new casting agency based in London looking for a Business Manager / Head of Casting to further expansion and cultivate new clients by increasing our client portfolio and to look after existing ones.

We are looking for someone who has experience and can manage and run a casting agency.

We specialise in providing production companies with background, featured and walk-on roles for film and TV productions.

This person will have a very important part to play in our company's success and will be rewarded with excellent commission rates.

The successful candidate would need to have extensive contacts in the Film/TV/Advertising/Commercial entertainment industry.

We are looking for someone with 5-years or more production/ agency experience and experience casting walk-on and background extras for film and TV productions.

You would need to be energetic, ambitious, confident and organised with excellent verbal and written skills, as well as someone who is a proficient researcher.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that has the ability to work autonomously and on his or her own initiative and be part of the team.

This role will suit a past Assistant Director, Producer, Project Manager, who ideally is looking to start a new venture but still would like to maintain a working relationship with industry contacts.
