We are an independent film production company based in south east London. We are currently undergoing expansion and are looking for a talented multimedia producer to join the team.

Title: Multimedia Producer
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Hours: Freelance contract with flexible hours // average 4 days per week
Location: Largely London-based with some travel // must have clean driver's licence; own car preferable but not essential

We are looking for a talented multimedia producer to work across our growing private client portfolio, and smoothly manage the relationships these are built upon.

The candidate will be confident shooting on the latest industry cameras and editing in Final Cut Pro.

The successful candidate will be smart, detail focussed, with excellent interpersonal skills as they will be working face to face with clients on a regular basis, as well as running individual projects.

He/she must be happy working under their own initiative and travelling for work with overnight stays very likely.

Key responsibilities

Pre-production, shooting and editing projects in accordance with client requirements.

Attending project planning meetings with clients and maintaining excellent email and telephone communication with key client contacts.

Proactively developing client relationships.

Liaising with clients and Marmalade directors to deliver projects on time and to specification.

Management of file archives.

Working as part of a team to deliver larger projects where necessary.

Reporting to directors and administrators on project progress.

Technical requirements

The candidate will be confident shooting on a range of cameras. Specifically Canon C300 and EX3/1.

He/she will have a sound knowledge of lighting techniques and strong editing skills on FCPX.
