About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, talented and experienced creative to deliver EG's multimedia needs across graphic design, videography and photography. This role will be supported by a Motion Graphics Designer and a Graphic Designer, to support the creative development needs of EG across Marketing, Production and Events. If you're someone who is constantly pushing the boundaries of design and excited about building visually enriched stories and events, we'd love to speak with you. You'll you be responsible for leading all graphic design requests, shoot and edit videos and photos for a variety of products and settings in different contexts, and deliver event marketing concepts and assets. You will be creating assets for print, events, magazine, social media posts, various projects and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Marketing, Production and Events teams to execute briefs and bring campaigns and brand communications to life, ensuring every brief is completed on time and to spec.
Create assets for both digital and print media, from concept to artwork.
Design marketing materials such as brochures, product pitches, branded documents, and engaging presentations that effectively showcase EG and our products/services, emphasising their unique features and value propositions.
Design digital assets for online marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email newsletters, and website visuals.
Develop concepts and assets, and maintain visual branding for events, ensuring consistency in design across all materials.
Have a complete understanding of our brand visual identity and assisting the team in maintaining and evolving it.
Be familiar with our brand strategy, learn about our products and mission, and make sure the assets you create move us toward our goals.
Ability to collaborate on short- and long-term projects.
Visualise complex ideas and concepts into simplified and on brand designs.
Ability to work on multiple assets in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements and priorities, as well as work in an organised, collaborative way across the creative teams, and other areas of the business.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, film, photography or a related field (equivalent vocational experience will also be considered) with considerable experience in a similar role.
A complete portfolio of multimedia design content that provides evidence of creativity and shows how you approach and solve problems.
In-depth knowledge of relevant software programs such as Adobe Creative Suite and basic knowledge of web publishing software.
A proven understanding of modern digital and print design, with a clear understanding of the collateral's purpose and medium.
Exceptionally high standards and attention to detail, with organisational habits that allow us to work efficiently and provides flexibility.
Professional and proactive work ethic, with the ability to give and take constructive feedback and implement adjustments based on it.
High competence in project and stakeholder management, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience within a creative team, collaborating with copywriters and various stakeholders. Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout principles would be a bonus.
Artistic, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content. Has the desire and ambition to explore new design ideas and be bold.
Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principals, and animation.
