You'll have a great visual eye, a natural talent for beautiful design and creating and delivering projects that inspire and delight. You will be passionate about making a real change to our society whilst being involved in other projects further afield across the globe.As a designer you will be used to working in a fast-paced agile team, you will work across all of the companies events marketing material for The Bath Half, Brighton Marathon Weekend, Standard Chartered Great City Race, T100 Triathlon, Big Half, Swim Serpentine, VitalityWestminster Mile, Vitality London 10000, Royal Parks Half, the TCS Mini London Marathon and, of course the world's greatest marathon on the planet the TCS London Marathon. The company is growing to meet the demands of new audiences and technology desires, you will be asked to work across a variety of digital, print and interactive assets, this essential role will also require ninja like animation skills, working closely with the social, digital, and content teams, you will own this space and push the creative level upwards.You will be comfortable working on Mac and using the Adobe Cloud crafting beautiful designs, concepts and ideas that inspire a wide and diverse audience.You will have a can-do attitude and brave approach, feel confident in learning new skills, new tools and fusing these with brave ideas that push the status quo, you will also be empowered to speak your mind to test and learn with new innovations.LME prides itself on being the leader in their field, we want to stay there, and your contribution will keep the creative department on point, fresh and innovative to disrupt and engage across an omnichannel offering. Then we want to hear from you right away!Responsibilities:You will report to Snr Designer in the creative team and speak daily; in the office or when working from home.You will create and deliver marketing content in digital and print formats using our Figma style guides and digital tools.You will learn new skills and develop a strong understanding of the LME brandsYou will work as a team member and sometimes individually depending on the taskYou will present to the creative team, expressing your opinions and ideas weeklyYou will build key relationships with other departments in houseYou will innovate, be brave and maintain LME as the best creative department in the business producing fresh and engaging design with your colleagues.You will sometimes work with the head of creative and company directorsYou will have fun, inspire your colleagues and be a solid creative pillar in a thriving creative department.Skills and Experience:A thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud applications as well other productivity softwareStrong skills in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D and blender are a bonus.A strong working knowledge of online and offline designExcellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projectsKnowledge of graphic design fundamentals, typography, and boundaries between online and offline omni channel design workThe ability to translate ideas to designers and others, influencing external and internal stakeholders
