Job Title: Multimedia Designer

Department & Team: Genesys Orchestrator Education
Reports to: Sr Manager Creative Operations
Location: UK Remote

Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for a creative multimedia designer who enjoys transforming complex software workflows into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging learning experiences. As part of the Orchestrator Education team, you will contribute directly to how customers learn, adopt, and succeed with Genesys Cloud. You will create polished product walkthroughs, screencasts, visual assets, microlearnings and educational media that make our technology accessible and easy to understand. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work with product, and curriculum design teams to shape the visual voice of our customer enablement content. If you are energized by creativity, learning, and impactful customer outcomes-this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and produce product walkthrough screencasts, UI demonstration videos, and scenario-based workflow tutorials to support customer learning.

Create supporting visual assets such as icons, diagrams, UI callouts, branded graphics, and instructional overlays to enhance clarity and engagement.

Edit and refine multimedia content to professional quality standards, including audio leveling, pacing refinement, and motion transitions.

Use Blender (or similar) to illustrate concepts and system interactions where visual explanation enhances learning effectiveness.

Partner with curriculum designers to ensure all content is aligned to specific learning objectives.

Minimum Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar, e.g. DaVinci Resolve) for video editing and production.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for visual asset creation and image editing.

Ability to explain complex workflows through clear visual and narrative structure.

Strong attention to visual detail, pacing, clarity, and instructional accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.

Strong organization and time management skills to meet project deadlines.

Ability to learn and use genAI tools.
