Multimedia Content Creator

Liverpool

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Content Creator with expertise in audio, video, and motion design to produce engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, websites, training/educational materials, and product marketing. This role requires a creative storyteller who can manage the entire content creation process-from concept development and scripting to filming, editing, post-production, and motion graphics.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and creative skills, confidently operate cameras and audio equipment in both studio and on-location settings, and bring content to life through dynamic filming, motion graphics and sound design.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Expertly operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment in both studio and on-location environments.
Take ownership of the entire video editing process, from initial concept to final product.
Capture high-quality photos and videos for a variety of purposes, including training and educational content, events, product marketing, corporate communications, and digital campaigns.
Assist in creating motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
Sound recording, editing, and mixing to ensure high-quality audio production.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure content is distributed effectively across websites, apps, and other platforms.
Develop a deep understanding of our product offering and industry best practice to create highly relevant, engaging, and high-performing video and photography content.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high creative standards.
Effectively prioritise and organise tasks to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work to tight and shifting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
Maintain digital asset management and filing systems efficiently.

Requirements
Essential Criteria:

Minimum 2 years of industry experience in video production, audio production, and motion design.
Demonstrable experience in filming, editing, and post-production, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video, audio, and motion graphics.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and experience with motion design tools like Adobe After Effects.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, and composition to create engaging and informative content.
Ability to assist in creating compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
Strong knowledge of different digital media formats and their application in educational and marketing contexts.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite.

Desirable Criteria:

Experience developing content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
A degree or diploma in film production, media studies, or a related field.
Experience creating online learning materials and interactive video content.
