We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to join a content agency based in Central London. This is a great opportunity for a creative all-rounder, with ideally 5+ years' experience, to play a key part within a growing design team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Directors, Producers and creative teams to interpret ideas and offer concepts and solutions to create first class content. •Demonstrate a constant development of skills and exploration of new techniques to implement within the company. • Take a pro-active approach to self-development; constantly look to enhance and broaden the skillsets and capabilities of the whole company. • Manage and help develop and train junior-level members of staff; taking responsibility for their output and workflows. • Build a strong relationship with the LA office; develop a full understanding of the team, their processes and seamlessly work with them as required. • Work closely with Producers to ensure projects stay on schedule and in budget. • Lead presentations and reviews to clients, facilitating feedback and amends when necessary. • Ensure CI guidelines are understood and adhered to and are consistently maintained for each client. • Analyse all delivery specs, ensuring all projects are delivered to exemplary standards. • Archive all projects, rushes and raw footage and help to enforce media management across the department. KEY SKILLS • Strong understanding of design, typography, colour and composition. • Excellent knowledge of After Effects including compositing, motion tracking and rotoscoping. • Excellent knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator with the ability to produce bespoke digitally drawn assets from scratch. • Excellent knowledge of Cinema 4D. • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro. • A passion for 2D motion graphics design and animation, with the ability to animate a variety of styles and techniques. • Innovative and creatively minded, a self-starter who can work under direction, independently or within a team. • Proven ability to stay calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple, tight deadlines. • Good knowledge of industry standard cameras and experience working with high end footage.
