You will be working within a team of Executive Producers, Writers, Directors, Producers and Editors underpinned by Production Managers, Coordinators and Assistants.Only apply if you come from a film and graphic design/animation/motion graphics background and have at least 4 years experience.Responsibilities:• To consider the brief visually and creatively. Suggest visual metaphors that bring to life themes, story narratives and key messages• To help develop style frames and effects, creating storyboards that feed into pitch documents• To understand budget and schedule expectations and provide solutions for efficient ways of working• To be accountable for the final creative delivery, managing team expectations throughout the production• To become an expert on our various client's branding guidelines and colour palettes in order to deliver 'on brand' content• To produce award winning work that you/we can be proud of• To work to tight deadlinesKey Skills/Experience:• Expert digital organisation and time management kills• Strong colour, typography, design, layout and animation skills• Ability to demonstrate a range and variety of creative approaches• Experience working on large scale projects with many stakeholders• Experience with content creation for a mix of social channels• Impressive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (knowledge of C4D would be beneficial)• Uncompromising attention to detail• Strong creative judgment and visual flair• Creative, confident and flexible team playerSend your CV, cover letter, and a link to a sample reel/portfolio.Applications close 1st June.
