This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is brimming with creative ideas and wants to show a team what they are made of. You will be working within a team of Executive Producers, Writers, Directors, Producers and Editors underpinned by Production Managers, Coordinators and Assistants.

Only apply if you come from a film and graphic design/animation/motion graphics background and have at least 4 years experience.

Responsibilities:
• To consider the brief visually and creatively. Suggest visual metaphors that bring to life themes, story narratives and key messages
• To help develop style frames and effects, creating storyboards that feed into pitch documents
• To understand budget and schedule expectations and provide solutions for efficient ways of working
• To be accountable for the final creative delivery, managing team expectations throughout the production
• To become an expert on our various client's branding guidelines and colour palettes in order to deliver 'on brand' content
• To produce award winning work that you/we can be proud of
• To work to tight deadlines

Key Skills/Experience:
• Expert digital organisation and time management kills
• Strong colour, typography, design, layout and animation skills
• Ability to demonstrate a range and variety of creative approaches
• Experience working on large scale projects with many stakeholders
• Experience with content creation for a mix of social channels
• Impressive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (knowledge of C4D would be beneficial)
• Uncompromising attention to detail
• Strong creative judgment and visual flair
• Creative, confident and flexible team player
