Job Description:An opportunity has arisen for a motion graphic designer to work across our range of clients, producing static and motion graphics for multiple platforms. We're looking for someone who can come up with creative treatments and work to a brief and tight deadline, whilst showing enthusiasm, commitment and imagination. You will liaise with a range of roles at Engage including our content producers, project managers and creative director. There will also be opportunity to contribute to pitches for future work and work with the marketing team to help shape the Engage brand and identity.IMPORTANT: applications will only be accepted with supporting portfolio Key skills and knowledge:Extensive experience using the Adobe suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator) to produce static and motion graphicsDevelop design briefs that suit the client's needs, working to the project manager or overseeing content producerDevelop concepts, graphics and layouts for visually arresting graphics - from gifs to full graphics-led videos, as well as elements for TV outputRespond to briefs for internal marketing needs including branding, graphics for websites and presentationsGenerate and execute ideas for pitches for new workStrong communication skills both within the internal team and with clients and contributorsStrong editorial sensibility - able to identify strong content that will perform well on digital/social platforms (YouTube etcKeen, ongoing awareness and interest in trends across social media, online video and sports output internationallyA creative opportunist up for trying new ideas and thinking creatively to produce new ideas and conceptsKeeping up to date with new technologies, software and techniquesGeneral:Work flexible days, according to the appropriate sports-related calendarAble to perform under pressure and to work to tight timescales, as well as manage multiple projectsAccuracy and attention to detailInterest in range of sports is beneficial, but not essentialPlease apply via ProductionBase by sending your CV, covering letter and portfolio.Working days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday (some weekend work required)
