Not only will you be working across some of the world's best-loved brands, but you'll be joining a lovely bunch of talented (their words, not ours) people, helping to create industry-leading social (and beyond) content.In a nutshell, we're looking for someone who is a platform native and knows how to create content; someone who is on top of the latest platform updates, what's trending on TikTok and knows how to tap into it; someone who knows how to work with creators and can identify a big idea vs a tactical one and knows how to make it fly. Your responsibilities.You'll work collaboratively in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving creative environmentResponsible for creating brilliant assets and generating ideas that wow the clientPrioritise your workload effectively, meet tight deadlines and adapt where necessary across multiple projects and timelinesFrom conception right through to implementation, you'll generate brilliant ideas that can stretch across multiple channels from Editorial to Campaigns - and beyond Social if required Able to conceive ideas and create the content that lives on our client's social feeds, with a strong grasp of developing TikTok contentShow off your brilliant culture, trends and social knowledge and use it to make ideas that land with audiencesSome specific skills you'll need.TL;DR:Someone who knows how to work with influencers and creatorsSomeone who is a platform native and knows how to createSomeone who understands the latest platform updatesSomeone who understands what's trending and how to tap into it Someone who knows their way around TikTokSomeone who can identify a big idea v. a tacticIn summary, someone hungry to create iconic, innovative and award-winning content that reaches millions of peopleCreativity:A conceptual, strategic and creative thinker who is as comfortable tackling big campaigns as they are tactical, evergreen briefs You'll have a passion and enthusiasm for trends, culture and social platforms, and how to transfer that knowledge into content that taps into the social zeitgeistGreat at generating creative ideas and knowing how to bring them to life across multiple touchpointsStrong command of language, able to express ideas simply, with wit and clarityAbility to respond to a client's tone of voice and pass that knowledge onto Juniors Industry knowledge, expertise, and thirst for innovation:You've either worked client-side or at an agency and at the very least have had social media specific work experienceYour TikTok, Instagram and X game has to be particularly strong, and knowing your way around LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and YouTube certainly wouldn't hurtYou have an appreciation for great work - up to date with the latest and greatest, with an excellent knowledge of what's happening in the industryYou're constantly looking for new formats with which to innovateYou know how to work with creators, and are skilled at finding themYou have an understanding of the role of paid/organic social media and how it can cleverly play in wider campaigns/marketing plansTeamwork:Openness to feedback, other opinions and ideasAbility to go beyond the job description when required to help the teamAble to team up and collaborate with different people and different departmentsYou're not precious, not hierarchical, no ego (the idea is the boss), just keen to learn and make ideas better.
