We are an internal creative group, responsible for the creation of a wide range of creative assets and integrated campaign projects - from the delivery of our iconic brand identity around the world to the production of world-class television commercials and global campaigns.

Your role in the team
You'll provide upstream production consultancy with mid and senior stakeholders across creative, marketing and planning management teams to influence the process, shooting methods and best use of adapting existing content. As part of this, steering a view of what the brief and specification will contain. You'll be able to influence technical delivery methods at the earliest points in the process to direct the project delivery process, using credible approaches based on experience and what can work for William Hill in a given scenario.

Working alongside agencies and the internal creative team on projects, you can provide strategic-operational input across infrastructure and resource planning as required. Through building strong, productive collaborative relationships at all levels across the business, you'll get things done in the right way, inspiring the immediate team and others on the best use of behaviours.

Responsibilities
* You'll drive innovation into the creative production process using experience and external influences to collaboratively shape the inputs into how we produce content today and tomorrow
* You'll provide effective cross-channel and cross-market integration of assets required for launch and to ensure brand synergy, relevance and continuity
* Working closely with Film makers, Directors, Creatives and Designers, you'll provide production support, keeping them up-to-date with appropriate information and ensure all projects run smoothly, efficiently and to schedule
* Working in conjunction with agencies, production houses and the internal creative team, you'll create impactful content and assets for integration into film and other campaign content, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all channels
* You'll instigate and or attend regular project cross-functional meetings with key stakeholders to keep them abreast of project progress
* Identifying continuous improvements and cost reductions in filming through careful cost negotiation, detailed planning and analysis of wider filming requirements to ensure efficiencies are made and scalability is accounted for
* Ensuring work is carried out to high quality and inconsistencies are addressed to provide uniformity throughout all content. Have a good eye for detail, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all materials prior to presentation either internally or externally.
* Ensuring all appropriate approvals are sought and given prior to the releasing or publishing of any work
* Reviewing existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers where required to support internal productions working with Legal and Procurement teams to negotiate and agree service contracts

Skills and experience
* You'll need to bring us a proven experience of success in creative production to the highest industry standards
* You have a strong background in the production industry, in particular solid understanding of TV advertising, production and processes
* This role has global reach, so you'll need to bring experience working with well-known global brands, and you'll be able to show us evidence of your work
* You're proactive, positive and keen to achieve success, with a genuine passion for making content in and outside of the workplace
* You're a strong team player - approachable, supportive, using great behaviours. Your great communication and influencing skills enable you to lead and drive better ways to deliver
* You're a development champion for individuals and the overall team, and emotionally Intelligent with a strong sense of self-awareness
* You have a strong project management and production skillset coupled with purchasing and negotiating skills - specifically in relation to all production line-items
* You're pragmatic and decisive - able to prioritise effectively and respond to creative, technical and decision-making challenges (filming and editing) with speed and accuracy and deliver effective solutions
