House 337 Film Production team is looking for a moving image Mid-weight Producer with TVC ATL agency experience. Reporting to the Head of Film, you will lead on small to mid-sized projects which will include TVC, radio, branded content and social content production.

You will be part of a growing team running end-to-end projects for our most high-profile client accounts . You will specialise in both broadcast agency production and live action production with ATL experience.

As a Mid-Weight Producer at House 337, you will:

Advise on the feasibility and best production approach of creative ideas or scripts to creatives, account teams and clients

Scope, negotiate and prepare medium production budgets; dissect scripts from both a creative and financial perspective at all budget sizes

Lead on pitches, director's searches, bids and treatments

Promote House 337s film projects across sustainability and D&I

Always source, seek, promote and nurture new directors, production and post-production talents

Cultivate relationships with creatives, designers, project management and account teams

Understand all company policies, legal and insurance requirements and process documents for each production e.g., Clearance, PIBS, Artiste & Music Contracts, Non-Appearance, Death & Disgrace, Risk Assessments etc.

You will bring:

Previous production experience within an ATL agency as a Producer.

Knowledge of the best production talent and partners in the industry

Creativity and passion about making the best work

Experience managing partners at all levels

Experience with IPA terms and industry regulations and best practice
