Wash are looking for a full-time Mid to Senior Post-Producer to join our growing team.

Wash is a boutique Post-Production facility in Farringdon, specialising in Colour Grading, VFX & Online Finishing. We work across commercials, music promos, episodic television and feature length films.

We are looking for a very well organised, personable individual with great communication skills. Previous experience as a Post Producer at a post production facility is essential, ideally leading a team. We're looking for someone with a desire and drive to continue building the department and company.

Key Duties:

Project manage each production from start to finish
Managing the day-to-day post-production enquiries with clients
Budgeting, scheduling and invoicing projects with clients
Building good rapport and relationships with clients existing and new
Approaching potential clients and developing new business connections
Keeping schedules and job reports internally well organised and up to date
Coordinating with colourists, VFX artists and other freelance staff
Delegate tasks and organise MCR staff
Ability to pitch on jobs, negotiate and increase services offered
Ensure the timely running of sessions
Managing client expectations
Ability to troubleshoot and show initiative
Good overall technical understanding
Running multiple projects at once

Required Attributes:

Substantial prior experience as a post producer at a post facility
Excellent knowledge of post production procedures and processes
Detailed understanding of technical procedure for offline, online, grade, VFX
Working knowledge of MCR workflows
Great communication skills
Top organisational skills
Good knowledge of Google Suite or similar software
Ability to multitask
Skillset to lead production and MCR team
Polite, friendly and helpful
Flexible with working hours when projects require it

This position will be primarily based in our office in Farringdon, London. Salary Range £45k -> £65k dependent upon experience.
