IMG Studios is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of the Channels team. The Media & Materials Coordinator will report to the Channels Operations Manager and will be responsible for managing the content coordination for EDGESport of all media and materials to TX/websites/external clients and creating images and clips for website and social media.

Key responsibilities will include:

Content Creation

Create episodic and series level images for EPG, Website & VoD
Social Media Content (still and moving images)
Digital Media Content (YouTube videos and thumbnails)
Review linear channel promotions

Media Coordination

Manage & maintain the acquisition tracker and content documents
Incoming delivery of all content
Coordinate and deliver assets required for the channel website, digital and linear channel (videos, images, deliveries)

Commercial Responsibilities

Working with the EDGESport Sales Team, manage and help grow revenue on digital and non-linear platforms with on brand media strategies
Keep up to date with action sports social media trends
Liaise with channel Sales Team and wider IMG teams, delivering new social and commercial strategies
Coordinate assets required for content and promotional strategies on social, digital, and linear channels
Provide content data and information for digital and linear channels for commercial pursuits

Successful candidates will have editing experience and knowledge of file formats and electronic media transfers, as well as understanding of channel broadcast. Highly organised, able to communicate well with an interest and knowledge of action sports disciplines and events.

PLEASE NOTE: This role may require working during typical holiday periods such as Easter/Christmas. Some late start/finishes and weekend working may also be required. This is a permanent role and will be based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
