We are hiring a new Media Manager. Experience in working with databases, large data, a heightened level of security protocols and an interest in the media industry is beneficial. Previous experience in the media post-production field could be of benefit but is far from vital; more important is a positive attitude, diligence and the ability to work effectively within a small team.

Main tasks:
Ingesting data from hard drives
Logging and databasing
Workflow methodology
Hard drive management
CRM updating and management
Research on best practice and some blog and content writing

You will need:
Experience Mac & Windows based PC computers
Some knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Adobe suite
Experience with AirTable and other data basing software (training given)
Understanding of cyber security processes and protocols (training given)
Methodical and acute attention to detail
Self sufficient
Logical problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal skills - client facing on phone and in person
Punctual

Hours are from Monday to Friday 9:30-5:30 but some flexible working hours will be required from time to time. Salary Bracket is £22,000 - £24,500 dependent on experience.
