Media Facility Assistant

Due to our ongoing success, we are now looking for a Media Facility Assistant to join our growing Delivery Team.

This role is pivotal to the successful delivery - on time, on budget - of our Digital Transformation (DTaaS) services to our clients and subsidiary businesses.

At the heart of our evolution is our customer focus - you will be expected to be working directly with partners and operational teams on a day to day basis using their skills to support business change.

The successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a multi-faceted approach with a methodical mindset.

Purpose of the role:

As Media Facility Assistant you will be required to work alongside our photographers to manage the daily routine of media transferral, storage, and organisation. You will also be on hand to set up shoots and organise products to be photographed. There will also be an opportunity to learn and support the lead photographer with camera work and processing.

This is a full time role.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with the lead photographer to establish and understand briefs
Self-manage all assigned tasks with support from lead photographer
Understanding our target industry and maintaining our brand image
Ensuring product displays follow internal and customer guidelines for shoots
Organising and picking products from storage
Operating 360 turntables
Working with spreadsheets to organise workflow
Cover and support for the lead photographer (full training available)
Processing images using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop (full training available)
Organise and manage media storage
Liaising with content managers about production
Help keep photographic equipment and studio areas clean and tidy
Required Skills and Experience:


1+ Years commercial experience in photography environment (not essential)
An understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Willing to learn on the job
Competent with MS365 Office tools
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment that involved working on a variety of projects and with different departments
The ability to understand the requirements of a brief and can follow instructions
Must hold full UK Driving License and willing to travel to our Kent office.
Experience in the angling industry a bonus.
