Reporting to the ETP Media Manager, the Media Coordinator will be primarily responsible for compiling footage using editing packages.

Responsibilities will also include logging digital content, researching for ETP production using NESBIT and a range of information sources; cataloguing new content into archive storage and Media managing content as appropriate; managing, distributing and storing all incoming ETP media; liaising with the production teams; ensuring storage limitations aren't exceeded; assisting production teams with media management queries and being the first port of call for any media management troubleshooting required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a library, archive or research department. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have knowledge of video and film formats, and a high level of sports knowledge (golf). Excellent communication skills and attention to detail is also essential. Experience with Library, or IPD Logging Systems is an advantage.
