Job Overview

Reporting to the MD of Television and working alongside the sales and marketing team, the material supply co-coordinator will help to ensure the smooth trafficking of all programme tapes; from receiving new programme material through to delivery to broadcasters
Key responsibilities:

¿ Effectively co-coordinating the delivery and trafficking of programme tapes.
¿ Correctly preparing and maintaining master tape library and programme stock across world.
¿ Contacting broadcasters about tape deliveries.
¿ Assisting with dubbing and mpegging requirements for international channels.
¿ Assisting with quality checking of mpegs and tape dubs.
¿ Arranging tape shipments.
¿ Administrative duties for - Keeping records up to date.
¿ Various other administrative duties.

Required Skills and Experience:

¿ Highly organized.
¿ Good communication skills.
¿ Self motivated.
¿ Good problem solving skills.
¿ Competent computer skills.
¿ Knowledge of broadcast tape formats is preferable.
