You will oversee all aspects of Superhero's live action productions including TV commercials for the toy/entertainment sector and online content videos. Additionally, you may be required to take on some client liaison duties on assigned projects.

Responsibilities include:
• Work closely with our in-house Director to understand and realise their vision
• Analyse pre-production scripts to determine production requirements
• Manage the production budget and schedule to ensure profitable and timely delivery
• Brief and manage the casting process with external talent agencies (actors and VOs).
• Apply for child licenses within appropriate timeframes
• Source, hire and manage the production team / shooting crew / filming equipment
• Source shooting locations / studios as appropriate
• Conduct risk assessments.
• Organise internal pre-production meetings.
• Draw up all relevant administrative paperwork including PPM packs, client and talent contracts, call sheets, schedule, budget

Experience and skills required:
• Essential: a demonstrable passion for producing live action
• Minimum 1 years experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Strong time and resource management skills
• Experience of balancing a varied and demanding workload
• Sound creative judgement
• Excellent numerical skills with the ability to manage detailed budgets
• An excellent problem solver with acute attention to detail
