QVC Group, Inc. is a Fortune 500 company with six leading retail brands - QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill® and Grandin Road.Your Opportunity, Your TeamThe Line Producer - Live Social Shopping supports QVC International and own the end-to-end process of planning, producing, and executing live shopping events on TikTok and Meta, ensuring seamless delivery, high engagement and on-target sales.Where You'll WorkThis role is onsite and will require you to work from our head office in Chiswick Park, West London 5 days a week, moving onto a shift pattern next year.What You'll DoDrive digital innovation: Collaborate with talent and social teams to develop smooth implementation of Live streams that resonate with the social Gen X audience and reflect QVC's brand.Execute all QVC Tiktok live shows to the highest commercial standard - utilizing all available tools, decision making and communication to ensure that KPIs for lives are hit.Assist with product decisions and live activations: Play an active role in briefing hosts, setting up studios, coordinating giveaways, and implementing price drops during live events, all in line with QVC's business and commercial priorities.Flexible live hours: Please note, live events will often be scheduled during evenings and weekends to maximise audience reach and engagement. Flexibility to work these hours is essential.What You'll BringExperience producing live content for TikTok or other social platforms, ideally in retail, entertainment, or media or a knowledge of live production within the QVCUK framwork ·Experience with TikTok and Meta's culture, trends, and audience engagement strategies.Project management skills.Comfortable with data tools and performance metrics as a means to adapt strategy.Creative vision and storytelling ability, with a passion for innovationLeadership behaviors: resilience, adaptability, inclusivity, and accountabilityExperience product selection, promotional activities, and aligning content with business goals.
