With partners and consultants in the UK, LA, Germany, Spain, Sydney and Africa we offer a transparent and expanded approach to curating successful creative partnerships, co-production and services.

Role Description

This is a freelance contract LP role at Bloody Norah TV. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the projects. This includes managing the production timeline, negotiating and coordinating with Clients, Broadcasters, Agents, HOD's, Exec Producers, HOP's talent and crew, overseeing pre-production and production, and ensuring the successful execution of the series.

Contract Dates

This is an in-office role located in the UK. The contract could start in July through until October - November 2024. Due to the fast paced nature of the production schedule, and need to lead and manage a large team we would like the successful person to work at least 4 days a week in the office in Central London.

Knowledge & Passion

This entertainment series will suit someone interested in large scale shows .It will be ideal for someone who is adept at producing first series. The budget and schedule will need to be carefully managed, and we expect this person to take their leadership role seriously and work closely across all departments.

Training and mentoring of entry level production team will be key on this project, as will adhering to our company mission, ensuring that the working environment is inclusive, equal, diverse and that the safeguarding of our team and contributors is a priority.

Experience

Cost managing, cost reporting, working with Production Accountants
Setting up new systems for first series
Extensive knowledge of Health & Safety in Film & TV
Overseeing the delivery of complex call sheets with accurate and detailed movement orders including Risk Assessments
Understanding and distributing accurate client requirements to ensure that all deliverables and rushes are completed in a timely manner, in order to fulfil the brief
Provide management support to the Production management team including managing workloads; maintaining cost managers; managing rotas and ensuring contracts are issued as and when necessary
Implementing and promoting equality and diversity in the team and adhering to Health and Safety and GDPR policies
Ad-hoc work as directed by the Head of Production & Production Executive
Highly numerate, PC Literate - including Excel, Word, Canva, Adobe, Photoshop (is helpful)
Industry knowledge of key technical requirements for production - ie. Camera, Lighting, Grip, Facilities etc
Good industry knowledge and ideally relationships with key recognized industry organisations such as PACT, OFCOM, BECTU, BAFTA,

SCREEN SKILLS
Ability to be across all daily production paperwork - Callsheet, RA's, Progress reports etc and ability to track these documents and ensure accuracy and consistency with the production paperwork reporting.
