We are looking for full-time Lighting Warehouse Technicians & Drivers to join our main lighting warehouse and logistics teams. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in lighting and production equipment, strong organisational skills, and a hands-on approach to logistics and warehouse operations.

Main Responsibilities:
• Preparing, testing, and maintaining lighting and production equipment for hire
• Managing booking-in and booking-out procedures efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and securely
• Delivering and collecting rental equipment from clients and locations
• Ensuring the warehouse remains organised and well-maintained
• Performing basic electrical repairs (beneficial but not essential)

Essential Skills & Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of photographic and lighting equipment
• A highly organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
• Strong ability to work independently as well as within a team
• A clean UK driving licence and confidence in driving 3.5TN LWB vehicles
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
• Flexibility and dedication, understanding that some days may run longer when necessary
