Full-time, fixed-term position (48 hours/week)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate the FOH lighting console as deputy for the Head of Department during rehearsals and performances
• Adjust and maintain lighting equipment according to artistic requirements
• Set up, install, and maintain lighting systems at all venues
• Monitor and control all lighting installations during rehearsals and performances
• Collaborate closely with stage management, audio, video, backline, and show crew
• Assist with setup and teardown of the lighting system
• Support the preparation and maintenance of documentation, patch lists, and technical records
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Assist with technical requirements of the production

YOUR PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS
• Completed training or several years of professional experience in lighting / FOH operation
• Solid knowledge of lighting consoles, networks, DMX, RDM, and modern lighting systems, as well as technical drawing (cad, vwx)
• Creative understanding of lighting design and strong technical affinity
• Resilience, teamwork, and confident presence in live production environments
• Structured working style and strong organizational skills
• Excellent German and/or English language skills
