We're looking for a sharp, agile Lead Video Editor to help elevate our short-form storytelling - bringing speed, polish, and creative flair to every frame.This is a hybrid creative-technical role ideal for someone with fast instincts, strong editorial judgment, and deep platform fluency. You'll play a central role in shaping our most important output - editing stories that break through the noise across verticals including news, showbiz, money, health, and travel. Main ResponsibilitiesEdit standout short-form and long-form video content optimised for social (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc.)Craft fast-paced, visually rich edits using kinetic text, memes, archival footage, and mixed mediaCollaborate with producers, writers, and on-screen talent to shape strong visual narrativesEnhance stories with music, sound design, and motion graphics - ensuring a premium finishHelp define the visual identity of new vertical brands, working closely with design and animation teamsMaintain fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality - adapting quickly to news moments and viral trendsStay on top of editing trends, platform shifts, and performance data to continuously optimise content.
