Pentecostal Studios is a new production banner focused on original director driven storytelling and ambitious world building. Our aim is to develop, fresh cinematic ground breaking stories and culturally resonant globally minded stories across film, television and short form work.

We are currently assembling a core team of producers and collaborators as we develop our Inaugural slate. This is not a volume driven content model, we are focused on Intentional cinema, strong authorship and long term creative partnerships.

The Lead Producer will work closely with the Founder and Executive Producer to oversee development, production planning and execution across film, television and podcast projects.

This is a collaborative leadership role for a producer interested in building and growing with an emerging production company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee Project development from concept to production
* Lead production planning, scheduling and workflows
* Support budgeting and funding strategies.
* Hire and coordinate creative teams
* Manage delivery timelines and production standards
* Collaborate on creative and strategic decisions.

Requirements:
* Experience producing Film, TV, digital content.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Understanding of development and production processes.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* UK industry experience preferred.
