Joining our Zest Studio at Sainsbury's as a Lead Photographer means being part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your passion for creativity and photography can shine. With the opportunity to develop our studio and shape our content to be the best in class, you will play a crucial role in supporting our in-house photography team, ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality work that meets the demands of Zest Agency. Collaboration is at the core of our approach, working closely with our team and stakeholders to achieve our KPIs and deliver projects on schedule.

With a focus on continuous improvement, you will provide valuable training for the team and have Junior Photographer direct reports. What you'll do:

You will contribute to the overall strategy and creative growth of the studio, partake in decision-making processes, and support with new initiatives. With a strong understanding of creative briefs and technical expertise, you will efficiently support in organising the team's projects/workloads while maintaining a high standard of work.

Leadership and inspiration will be key as you develop and guide individuals within the department. By providing continuous feedback and constantly exploring new and innovative content aligned with our strategy, you will ensure the studio produces engaging and inspirational work. Who you are:

You are a highly skilled and experienced professional photographer, with advanced technical understanding, and a passion for developing and shaping exceptional content. With leadership abilities, you inspire and develop individuals within the photography team, driving them towards success. Your keen eye for detail, technical photography skills, and commercial awareness enable you to maintain a high standard of work while organising team workload and completing creative briefs.

You excel in providing continuous feedback, testing innovative content, and enhancing capabilities by collaborating with all team members and stakeholders. You continuously seek new industry trends and photographic improvements for both in studio and on location content. You will be used to working within a faced paced environment and have an understanding on photo studio KPI's and key deliverables.

Your positive, professional demeanour, work ethic, and multitasking abilities make you a valued asset to our studio. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One further equip you for this exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our studio.
