We are looking for LEAD 2D ANIMATORS to work in our busy team. Previous experience in animation is essential; The ideal candidate would come into this role with an understanding of animation pipelines and workflow, and will ideally have series experience.

The role is offered on a one-year contract basis with an immediate start. The Lead 2D Animator will report to our in-house Head of Department. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, organised, able to use their initiative and generally make themselves indispensable in this fast-paced and rewarding environment.

The ideal candidate's skillset will include:
• Knowledge of Adobe Animate
• Strong animation ability
• Skilled drawing ability
• Keen eye for timing
• Previous Series work required
• Ability to manage a team
• Strong communication skills
• Be able to give clear concise feedback to animators
• To able to motivate and encourage
• Basic storyboarding ability
• Setting work/working to tight deadlines
• Positive and enthusiastic

They must also:
• Be able to work in-house at our studios in Bath, UK
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Have previous experience of series work
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
