We are a West London based facilities company, and we are looking for an experienced Kit Room Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day to day running of the kit room.
- Allocating tasks and personnel for job completion.
- Assist and manage our equipment tracking system.
- Creating damage reports and general kit room admin.
- Assisting the bookings team with equipment requests.
- Maintaining a good knowledge of broadcast equipment and new releases.
- Visiting international trade shows and keeping in contact with suppliers.
- Assisting clients both on the phone and in person with equipment requests and queries.
- Liaising with Management Team to set weekly schedules and tasks.
- Working with the Technical Manager and Engineer to keep up to date with out of service equipment and estimated time scales of repair.
- Health and Safety Monitoring
- Working with an amazing in-house team and getting the most out of each individual.


Working Hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm, shifts are required on occasion between the hours of 7am and 8pm.
Knowledge of Farmer's Wife desirable but not essential.
Salary Negotiable.
