Hotcam are a professional broadcast camera, audio, lighting equipment hire, crewing & production services company and are looking to recruit an experienced Kit Room Manager.
The ideal candidate must have excellent people / team management skills and extensive knowledge of broadcast camera, audio, lighting & grip equipment plus the ability to multi-task and calmly work under pressure to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse.

Reporting to the Technical Managers, you will manage our kit room supervisors, equipment & audio coordinators and camera assistants. The job role includes but is not limited to; logistics management, technical solutions, administrative assistance with timesheets, roster, holidays and overseeing employee training and development.

You will need excellent organisational, administration, logistical coordination, IT and computer literacy skills for management of inventory database including attention to detail data entry, ability to pre-empt and manage potential equipment conflicts, loss & damages & crew vehicles.
This is a full-time office based position.
