Kit Manager

London

Holmes Production are looking for a full time Kit Manager to join their London based Production team.

Holmes Production is an independent company dedicated to creativity, artistry, and the power of the image. They work in motion, stills and events from art buying and concept development through to execution and completion.

The right person for the role will be reliable and self-motivated whilst possessing excellent attention to detail and be capable of ensuring that tasks are completed to the highest standard. The role of Kit Manager can be physically demanding and involves a wide range of tasks that directly impact the end production goal.

Main Responsibilities:

Packing the kit for each shoot according to a detailed list provided by the Production Coordinator in a pragmatic, tidy and timely way.
Unpacking the kit after the shoot and checking everything came back, replacing stock as required. Unpacking in a timely and orderly fashion.
Laundering gowns and slippers after shoots, running reusable cups and bottles through the dishwasher.
Ensuring all electrical equipment is PAT tested and working and fully charged prior to being sent out.
Updating stock count list daily.
Help train and manage the intern.
Assess and Prioritise tasks appropriately
Assist Office Manager
Ideal Candidate:

Have an eye for detail.
Be well organised.
A self-starter
Ability to work well in high pressure environments.
Salary £21-25k per annum depending on experience

This role is office-based only; Full training will be provided.

Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
