Job Requirements and Duties:We are looking for an experienced Junkets/Events Producer to join our ever-growing team. You will have strong experience working in an events type role with big name brands and clients. Existing experience in a production company, agency and/or creative environment is essential. You will be an excellent communicator who is organised and approachable, and you will enjoy working in a fast paced and everchanging media environment. As a Junket Producer, you will manage projects from start to finish.Main responsibilities will include:• Working as a Production lead for press junket events and creative content shoots• Working closely with the Head of Production to ensure that Junket events and shoots run smoothly and are a success•Overseeing client relations on a day-to-day basis (receiving briefs from clients• Helping to ensure that the internal production team is always fully serviced and staffed•Helping to facilitate various aspects of pre-production, production and postproductionPulling together and/or managing other team members to pull together all elements of Junket production (including booking crew, liaising with kit companies, background designs, liaising with hotels and/or location contacts and catering, building schedules and master documents)- Responsible for ensuring we are always working with the best creatives and diverse talent, with a built-up portfolio of freelancers including DOPs, set designers, editors, and technicians- Comprehensive budgeting for briefs with both a creative and commercial mindset- Assessing project requirements and allocating tasks according to skillset within the team- Ensuring diary entries, trackers and all relevant Sharepoint documents are up to date for every project- Brainstorming for new business development, and bringing in new business where applicable-Ensuring all processes are in place for all new freelancers and staff (NDAs, address details, passport scans etc) Expectations:- The ability to work calmly under pressure- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Events, Production, Publicity experience. Feature Film and Series experience a bonus- Experience working with crews, schedules and budgets- Strong people skills to navigate the politics of clients, studios and publicists- The ability to interview filmmakers and celebrities from a pre-approved list of- Genuine passion for problem solving- Strong team management and business development experience- Strong team player who is self-motivated and hard-working- Maintained level of professionalism at work at all times- The ability to handle confidential informationSpecial Treats Productions is a leading creative content company for the film and television industry. Our Production team produces filmed EPKs, creative content and junket shoots and we also have an in- house post-Production facility with five edit suits and a fully integrated team situated within our office.
