Junior Web Producer

THE ROLE

The Junior Producer is a member of the London Website Production Team and will ensure that all of Sotheby's digital content originating in Europe is executed at the highest possible level. Reporting to the Head of Production, the Junior Producer will be responsible for monitoring Sotheby's website and guaranteeing that all content remains fresh, engaging and accurate. The Junior Producer will work closely with internal clients to publish and promote content on Sotheby's website in support of all auctions, selling exhibitions, and general updates.

RESPONSIBLITIES

Publish assets from key stakeholders in the company, including sales, catalogues, exhibitions, series, events and newsletters.
Monitor Sotheby's EMEA sale, exhibition, retail and events schedule and ensure the website is up to date.
Work with internal clients to design and produce compelling, story-led overview pages and enhanced catalogue notes.
Help define requirements for new website developments and learn new processes as they arise.
Make recommendations for improvements to future performance.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

Experience in digital production using a CMS. Familiarity with Brightspot CMS is preferred.
Previous experience in digital media in global luxury or publishing brands
Experience writing and editing
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Google Docs.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
