Junior Video Producer

We're introducing this exciting role to create and deliver compelling video content covering every level of cricket on multiple digital platforms, producing videos covering all elements under ECB's responsibility including the Champions Trophy, Ashes, Women's World Cup, All Stars cricket, NatWest OSCAs etc. Working within the digital department to produce exciting and innovative content to make ecb.co.uk a destination for cricket fans, to grow our digital channels and deliver against cricket's plan of more play, great teams and inspired fans.

YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF

• You have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage and meet deadlines.

YOU'LL BE DOING

• Shooting, editing and delivering high quality video content packages for use on multiplatform devices.
• Interviewing individuals, including high profile England players, key ECB staff and recreational cricketers.
• Working alongside the digital team, assisting in delivering ECB's priorities for 2018, all in line with Cricket Unleashed.
• Responsibility for the final edited content output, and input in to others' work to improve overall quality.
• Providing editorial input on the subject matter of the video content being produced.
• Working with ECB's video and editorial agencies to improve overall content offering and processes.
• Helping to deliver commercial partner rights.

YOU'LL HAVE

• Demonstrable experience in video production in sport, challenging current video output.
• Desirable but not essential experience in after effects, and an ability to edit video content with a quick turnaround.
• Experience of content creation on a variety of digital platforms.
• A strong understanding of social media and channel specific content.
• Evidence of using a wide range of techniques and concepts, thinking creatively, and devising new ways of producing videos to communicate with a diverse local and global audience.
• A proven ability to work with efficiency, flexibility, and good humour, understanding the ever-changing video production environment, which could include unsociable hours.
