As a Junior Video Producer at Global, you will support the production of high-quality video content across all of Global's brands. Working closely with Producers and the Executive Producer, you will assist in creating engaging video content that aligns with our brands' social output and meets our commercial objective. This hands-on role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in video production and gain experience in a fast-paced media environment.Key Responsibilities· Assist in the hands-on production of high-quality video content.· Support Producers and the Executive Producer in all stages of video production, from pre-production to post-production.· Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.· Learn to lead small-scale video projects from start to finish.What You'll Love About This RoleThink Big: Contributing to the creation of high-impact video content for leading media brands.Own It: Gaining hands-on experience in video production across a variety of projects.Keep it Simple: Ensure all video content is engaging and meets client expectations as well as brand guidelines.Better Together: Working with and learning from a talented and experienced team.What Success Looks LikeIn your first few months, you'll have:Assisted in the production of multiple video projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.· Learned new, and improved upon existing, video production skills and techniques.· Fostered and grown relationships between video, radio, digital and commercial team stakeholders.· Contributed creative ideas and solutions to enhance video projects.· Maintained consistent, prompt and professional communication across the business.· Ensured all video content aligns with Global's brand standards and commercial objectives.· Understood and adopted internal processes, workflows and policies.What You'll Need· A good knowledge of video production techniques and workflows.· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with other Adobe Suite apps such as After Effects and Photoshop is advantageous.· Basic filming and camera operating techniques, with experience using the Sony range being beneficial.· A solid understanding of the social media landscape, the need to adapt content per platform and the ability to plan shoots to cater for them.· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of assisting with multiple projects simultaneously.· A proactive attitude, professionalism, and courteousness towards colleagues and external partners.· A willingness to learn and develop new skills in video production.
