We're looking for a Junior Video Editor to support the creation, adaptation, and management of video content used across the Next business - from online and social platforms to in-store screens nationwide. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their editing career who's obsessed with detail, understands how video needs to flex across formats, and wants to grow within a fast-paced fashion brand. You'll work closely with creative, marketing, and digital teams to ensure video content is delivered accurately, on time, and optimised for every channel.

What you'll take on:

Editing and resizing video content for multi-channel use, including:

Creating clean, consistent edits that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Managing video files, exports, and versioning across multiple formats and aspect ratios
Scheduling and organising content for delivery across in store screens and different platforms
Supporting the wider creative team with day-to-day editing tasks and amends
Maintaining an organised content library and ensuring assets are clearly labelled and accessible.
Assisting with basic motion graphics, captions, or text overlays where required
Managing hard drives and storage for the team

What you'll bring:

Experience editing video content (commercial, social, or branded - internships and placements welcome)
Confidence using Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects knowledge is a bonus but not essential)
A strong understanding of aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform requirements
Highly organised, able to manage multiple edits, versions, and feedback rounds while maintaining quality and turnaround times.
A sharp eye for detail and consistency
An interest in fashion, retail, and visual storytelling
Someone proactive, reliable, and keen to learn
Nice to have:
