We are a Visual Effects and animation Company looking for an organised & enthusiastic individual keen to work as a junior studio /admin assistant. You will be part of a team of around 6 creatives, working with clients including the BBC, Sky, Itv , Discovery and National geographic .

Due to continued success and growth we require a Office / Studio Assistant to support the team in their day to day activities. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks - some admin based. Others more production based.

The main purpose of the role is to help the studio run smoothly.
So we are looking for someone with a willing and positive attitude with common sense who is happy to muck in to help the team wherever required.

Duties will include:

Answering the phone
Invoicing/expenses
Maintaining a calendar/ log of designers and deadlines .
Assisting with the co-ordination of shoots
Reporting on project schedules.
Assisting with the creation and sending out of pitch documents.
Purchasing equipment/ maintaining studio supplies.
Research - ie. Looking into equipment. Collecting and sourcing images/reference material
A small amount of basic website work- not technical. Uploading clips and
recent work. Updating blog posts. etc

Excellent communication skills are essential whilst management skills and the ability to multi-task numerous jobs at once are also key.
