We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Content Creator/Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social storytelling and creating engaging content across various platforms. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing content strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience.

Responsibilities
* Create, produce, edit, and manage best-in-class, engaging, and fun social media content (both static and moving assets) for social media platforms including (but not limited) to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to engage and grow our online audience.
* Edit and optimise both static and video content for each platform, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our community.
* Daily research into social channels to identify relevant trends that we should be factoring into our content plan and ideating how we can bring these to life
* Support the Senior Social Media Executive with the always on a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all platforms
* Regular monitoring of social media competitors and analysing what best practices we can bring to EvolveYou channels
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for social media campaigns.
* Support in analysing performance metrics and provide insights to inform future content strategies.

Requirements
* A genuine passion for social: we want someone who knows the latest TikTok trends and loves creating social content on ever changing platforms. An understanding of these platforms and their respective best practices is a must.
* Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom etc.)
* Expertise in TikTok, Instagram and YouTube preferential as they are key platforms to grow and understanding of analytics and how to judge success.
* Creative thinker and problem-solver with a can do attitude
* A passion for fitness, health and lifestyle
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in social media marketing or content creation is a plus.
