Job Description
As Junior Shoot Producer, you will work as part of the COS Creative department. You will support the creative team in producing photography shoots of the highest standard from start to finish.

What you will do:

Support the production team on set to help ensure the smooth-running of stills and video shoots.
Support the production team on post-production, asset management and invoice management to help ensure administrative standards are maintained.
Work with the creative team to help source and book talent, locations and other suppliers, whilst helping to ensure strong relationships.
Maintaining the database of suppliers.
Report to the Senior Shoot Producer, and together with the production team, help deliver the brand's visual expression through marketing shoots.
Work with the production team to help support on the pre, post and on set production of shoots.
Support the team in working alongside a roster of external photographers, make-up and hair artists
Work closely with the creative team to help manage post-production schedules and deadlines.
Help execute end-to-end marketing imagery and video content, from pre, on set and post-production, helping support every step of the process?

Experience working as a junior producer, with some on set experience previously
Ability to work in fast paced environments with a high volume of work.
Excellent organisation and time management skills to keep projects running on time and smoothly
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office, as and when required.
