Junior Shoot Producer

Reporting to the Shoot Producer, the role of Junior Shoot Producer is to manage the delivery and production of Interiors e-com assets for The White Company website. The Junior Shoot Producer will act as a crucial link between B&M, shoot team and digital to ensure that assets are delivered to deadline ready for season launch.
Highly motivated and meticulously organised, the Junior Shoot Producer will work collaboratively with the interiors team to produce the e-com shoots, book shoot teams and manage samples. Working closely with the Shoot Producer, the Junior Producer will work to deliver the imagery required to meet the digital critical path.
What you'll be doing
Main duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage all interiors e-com shoots, running day to day on set production. Look after crew on set and ensure shot count is achieved for stills and video.
Working with the Shoot Producer, option and confirm shoot teams, studios, and shoot logistics, ensuring transparency of cost, and understanding of budget control.
Attend product handovers, paying particular attention to new product and commercial requirements for product presentation. Responsible for tracking and managing samples for season launch, ensuring that all product is shot for e-com.
Keep all relevant parties up to date on changes or additions to each category.
Manage samples, working closely with the shoot assistant and B&M team. Manage outfitting and accurate communication of requirements between B&M and stylist/AD on shoots.
Manage the end-to-end life-cycle of e-comm images, liaising with digital teams. Work with B&M to collate re-touching requirements. Upload final assets to the server, write and meta data before uploading to Digital Asset Management system.
Work with shoot assistants to organise and maintain product sample storage in TVC and the studio.
